GTM Work Plan

This plan outlines a phased approach to implementing our GTM plan emphasizing a focus on foundational elements and proving the effectiveness of each program before scaling or moving to the next.

Core principle: Prioritize, execute meticulously, measure results, refine, and only then move to the next program. Funding will be contingent on demonstrated success and predictable execution.

The reference we use for lots of the detailed GTM strategies here are those espoused by SaasRise.  This approach assumes that passive SEO-driven content marketing is dying and that we need to have proactive multi-channel distribution to a precisely targeted audience.  In that audience we want "omnipresence" — to have our brand appear everywhere our target audience goes online.  We do that through strategic content distribution and advertising.
