Available to System Administrators, Customer Success and customer Administrators. The dashboard provides an overview of the customer, access to edit relevant company (customer) information, users, subscriptions, user engagement and progression against limits. Includes
- customer detail management
- View customer details
- Edit customer settings (name, contact info, billing info).
- User Management
- List users under an customer.
- Invite, edit, deactivate, and delete users.
- Assign user roles
- Track application limits (e.g., prospects/month, active cadences).
- Notify admins when limits are approached or exceeded.
- Subscription Management
- Ability to review subscription status, renew and upgrade subscriptions
- Ability to request downgrade
- Ability to cancel subscription
- SSO Support - Basic SSO support for enterprise customers
