Critical Mass Reporting and Triggering
All apps would define a concept of “critical mass” relative to an organization in the system. Critical mass will be defined further but is a combination of the number of users within a single organization, what roles they hold, and the overall engagement level. Once a critical mass of active users is reached—enough to signal organization-wide value—our platform automatically triggers a sales cadence aimed at the relevant manager or executive sponsor (e.g., Sales Director, CMO). The message showcases adoption data (“Your team has 10 active users already”) and invites them to discuss a formal purchase to unlock extended features, integrations, and support.
