Development Team Makeup
- Product Owner (PO): Defines the product vision, sets priorities, and clarifies requirements. This person will work closely with the project lead to translate the long term roadmap and objectives into specific sprint plans
- Project Manager (PM): Facilitates scrum ceremonies, removes blockers, and monitors progress.
- Design Team (External) - The design team owns the entire look and feel of the application and the design of specific screens in the application
- Front End Developers - Build the front end of the application based on UI specs provided by the design team
- Back End Developers - Implements the backend of the application
- QA Automation: Writes and oversees the execution of test automation scripts for the application. Works in conjunction with the developers to ensure effective unit testing coverage in the application.
- DevOps (External): Setup dev environment, production builds, test builds, push to production
