Your SOPs – sometimes referred to as Core Process Documentation – refers to the written recording of the key processes that define how the business runs. In EOS, this is part of the Process Component – usually 6-10 core processes (such as the Sales Process, Customer Onboarding Process, Product Development Process, Finance Process, etc.) which are documented at a high level. Each SOP outlines the step-by-step workflow or guidelines for that aspect of the business. The goal is to have a simple, agreed-upon reference for “this is how we do things here” for each critical process.
